Intensive Mental Online Training

Conscious Being is a 5-week course of intensive mental online training based on scientific findings and many years of experience with meditation.


In a safe atmosphere of unpressured experimentation and exploration, acquaint yourself with a selection of timeless meditation techniques and proven exercises that we have found to be particularly effective.


This journey to yourself develops its intense impact by combining a variety of elements to create a learning journey you can integrate into your everyday life. In a short period of time, this journey can bring you deep relaxation, great clarity and lasting change in your behavior.


You will return with fresh strength to your mission in the world.

Boost Resilience with the Aid of Mindfulness

The training begins and ends with a 2-day online weekend retreat that features alternating phases of input, exercises and interaction (individually, in pairs and in a group setting) as well as silence.


Between retreats, in-depth online exercises are offered weekly in the evenings. You also have the opportunity to practice together with a learning buddy. The Flourister app will assist you with this.


During your journey, you will be accompanied and coached by an experienced team of trainers who bring vast expertise and experience in the practice of mindfulness, personality development and resilience promotion, psychology and neuroscience, as well as in systemic counseling and coaching.

Partner exercises, individual coaching and instructions provided in the app offer you the best possible assistance in integrating the techniques and strategies you have just learned and developed directly into your everyday life.
