2. Validity
These conditions of participation apply to the intensive online mental training Conscious Being – finding strength in connection with yourself. They apply to consumers and companies or organizations.
3. Registration and conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded through registration and the registration confirmation from the organizer. The confirmation of registration will be sent in writing by email to the specified participant address. You can register online, by email or in writing. Participation is generally confirmed by the organizer in the order in which the registration was received and is therefore binding. Exceptions cannot always be avoided and do not entitle to discounts or cancellations. The number of places in online training is limited to 20. When registering online, a binding registration for the event shown is declared by clicking the “Register” button. By registering, the validity of these conditions of participation is accepted. If a registration cannot be considered by the organizer, this will be communicated immediately.
4. Waiting list
If the seminar is fully booked, there is the possibility of being put on a waiting list. Vacant places will be filled with the waiting people in the order of the registration date.
5. Payment
The participation fee is due before the start of the event with the invoice. The price includes participation in two online retreats, participation in five weekly online practice evenings, a one-hour online coaching session (which will be scheduled in consultation with the participants) and the use of the Flourister app for the duration of the event.
6. Resignation of the participant
The participant can withdraw from the contract up to 4 weeks before the start of the event without paying a participation fee. In the event of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start, 50% of the participation fee will be due. If you cancel 2 weeks before the start, 100% of the participation fee will be due. The withdrawal must be made in writing. The decisive point in time for compliance with the deadline is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the organizer. If the space vacated by the cancellation is occupied by a new participant from the waiting list, the cancellation fee does not apply. In this case, a processing fee of € 50 will be charged.
7. Termination by the participant
Ordinary termination is not possible after the start of the event. The minimum contract period lasts until the end of the event. Otherwise, it is not possible to terminate the contract after the start of the event. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Notice of termination must be given in writing. The decisive point in time for compliance with the deadline is the receipt of the notice of termination by the organizer.
8. Revocation by the consumer
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a right of withdrawal in addition to the withdrawal and termination regulations in items 6 and 7:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract Compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

9. Cancellation and change of events by the organizer
The event can be canceled by the organizer for an important reason, in particular due to a lack of cost-covering number of participants, due to the short-term unavailability of trainers without the possibility of using a replacement trainer or due to force majeure. The participant will be informed immediately and fees already paid will be fully reimbursed. Subject to Section 11, further claims are excluded. The organizer is entitled to change trainers or to postpone the schedule for a valid reason, e.g. due to illness of trainers, provided this is reasonable for the participant.
10. Cancellation by the organizer
The organizer can terminate the contract for an important reason, e.g. if the participant permanently disrupts the event or if payment is not made in due time after a reminder. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of fees already paid.
11. Liability
The organizer is only liable for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer, his legal representatives or vicarious agents. This does not affect the liability for injury to life, body and health, for the violation of essential contractual obligations and from the Product Liability Act. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner trusts and can regularly rely. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the claim for damages is limited to the typically foreseeable damage, if this was not caused intentionally or through gross negligence, unless it concerns claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
12. Data protection
The data of the participant and / or the contract partner or his representative will be electronically stored and processed by the organizer for the implementation of the event. The use also includes the forwarding of the data to third parties covered by the permission. The data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties. The confirmation of registration can also be sent by unencrypted email. It cannot be ruled out that this will be read by third parties.
13. Copyright
Working documents and the computer software used are protected by copyright. Copying or passing on to third parties is only permitted with the prior consent of the copyright holder.
14. Start of contract
The term of the contract begins on the first day of the event and ends on the last day of the event
(= Minimum contract period).
15. Severability Clause
In the event of the ineffectiveness of individual clauses of these conditions, the effectiveness of the remaining clauses remains unaffected.
